Shipping policy

All merchandise stock items and kits will be shipped on Wednesday of every week as it is the shipping day for this store.

For custom items they will be shipped after they are photographed and packed up safely to insure safe travels for the items. 

There may be extra fees for larger  high ticket items as I out insurance just in case the package is lost.  Once I ship a custom doll I will contact you if you would like to use a different type of shipping that does not show up on my provided couriers.
